30-day money-back returns
We offer a 30-day money-back period on most products (exceptions include motors, larger drives, refurbished products), beginning 10 days after the date of the invoice. This grace period provides ample time for you to receive the product. Products must be returned in the original boxes in like-new condition. Any opened items are subject for return with a 25% restocking fee. Any installed or used items may be deemed not returnable by the manufacturer. For used items that are deemed returnable, there will be a applicable 25% restocking fee. All un-opened products returned outside the 30-day policy will be subject to restocking fees.

In the event that a Industrial Live product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Industrial Live reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Industrial Live reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Industrial Live shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Industrial Live without notice at any time, for any reason.
